Role Description
We are looking to add a full-time, entry-level Helper who can support core needs across the entire business. You must be eager to dive into a wide variety of tasks, including but not limited to: light assembly work, driving deliveries to and from vendors or customers, receiving deliveries and updating inventory, packaging finished components for shipping, pre-processing raw materials for production, post-processing parts for inspection and approval.
Qualifications
Valid Washington State Drivers License and clean driving record
Punctual and reliable
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Commitment to quality and attention to detail
Willingness to listen closely to instruction/feedback, and also to speak up and ask for help or clarification when needed
Physical ability to stand or sit for extended periods of time; and to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
High school diploma or equivalent

Previous education or work experience in manufacturing or skilled trades
