Manufactured Home Park Office Manager-Marysville

Minimum Qualifications:
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
Excellent communication skills.
Previous clerical / administrative experience.
Should be self-starter and well organized.
Specific Duties Include:
Check voicemails and emails and respond to tenant inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Review monthly rent payment reports and collect unpaid rents.
Review utility payment reports and collect unpaid utilities.
Provide written collection status reports on a monthly basis.
Preparation and delivery of notices and other written communications.
Manage and update tenant information records.
Walk the park frequently to ensure compliance with the Park rules and regulations.
