We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support our executive in managing daily operations efficiently. This role is ideal for someone who excels in organization, has strong reading and writing skills, and is comfortable with various digital tools.
Hours
- 5 days per week, 2-3 hours per day
Primary Responsibilities
1. Organize and file notes from various sources
2. Extract tasks from notes and add them to online work management programs
3. Upload relevant documents to online databases.
4. Assist in task management.
5. General administrative support as needed
Qualifications
- Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Strong reading and writing abilities
- Proficiency with basic office equipment and technology
- Experience with online work management tools and Google Drive
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Excellent communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as an administrative or executive assistant
