Description

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various projects within Rainier Shade, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The Project Coordinator serves as the key facilitator in transferring information and details from the sales team to manufacturing, vendors, and ultimately to the install team.

Project Coordination: Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information.

Scheduling: Develop comprehensive project schedules, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion.

Communication: Serve as a point of contact for clients and internal teams, providing updates and addressing any issues that arise.

Documentation: Maintain detailed records of project timelines, costs, and deliverables.

Quality Control: Ensure that all projects meet high standards of quality and client expectations.

Project Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial accountability.

Site Visits: Conduct occasional site visits (approx. 30% of the time) to oversee project progress and address any onsite concerns.

Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships with clients.

Support: Assist in other tasks as needed to support the Administrator and project teams.

Experience/Education/Skills

High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in a related field is preferrable.

Previous experience in customer service, remodeling, construction, real estate, or a related field. Construction industry experience is preferred.

Experience with project management software and tools is a plus.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail and accuracy.

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
