Damian John Installations is the Puget Sound’s choice for friendly, professional appliance installations. We specialize in making necessary modifications for appliance installs. We are looking for a team player that is focused, reliable, self-motivated and ready to grow with us. Someone who can follow directions and complete projects in a timely manner would be perfect to the hold the position of Scheduling Coordinator. We are looking for the right candidate, someone we can invest in.

Work Hours: During training the schedule is Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm with an hour lunch. Following training, we are looking for someone who can work Saturdays.

Pay Scale: $20 to start with raises possible at 90 and 180 days.

Primary Job Function: Work with a team of coordinators and the Scheduling Manager to maintain our Appliance Installers daily schedules and paperwork. Schedule estimates, installations and warranty trips. Communicate with customers on behalf of the company.

Responsibilities:

Answers internal/external customer calls and emails in a timely manner.

Schedules appliance installations, collecting accurate information and entering service data into our proprietary software.

Provides quotes for new customers based on price lists and installation details.

Explains installation policies and processes, maintaining records of policy confirmation.

Tracks appliance locations, coordinates pick-ups, and reschedules customers when appliances are backordered.

Confirms installation appointments daily, reviewing what to expect, timing, and site readiness for installation.

Records clear and accurate notes as information is gathered and/or changes.

Collects fees for estimates and deposits.

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills.

2+ years of experience in high call volume environment

Proficient in MS Office and ability to learn new software.

Highly organized with great attention to detail

Advanced customer service skills

Ability to multi-task
