Local Property Management company looking for a part time Property Manager to help run a Marina. This is a flexible, 20ish hour per week job, but would require working in the mornings on weekends when the Marina is most in use.
The Marina is at the beginning stages of being overhauled and there will be a lot of work involving the project.
Job Duties:
- Leasing Boat Slips.
- Enforcing Marina Rules.
- Monitoring Vessel Insurance Compliance.
- Maintenance: Handy skills and willingness to perform repairs are a must.
- Assisting Managment Company in coordination of vendors.
Requirements:
-Cell Phone/Computer.
-Ability to deal with a variety of personalities.
-Willingness to deal with conflict.
Experience/Skills:
-Bachelor's Degree Preferred.
-Experience around the water and boats is a must.
-Good basic technology skills: Phone, Text, Email.
-AppFolio software experience a plus.
Compensation:
-$2400 Per Month
