What You Will Need:
WA real estate license
License to be maintained at MLPM brokerage
Excellent communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Familiarity with property management software, such as AppFolio, & associated apps
Experience in property management preferred
Strong accounting math skills
Experience reading/understanding tenant & owner ledgers
Insured vehicle
