Established property management company is seeking a seasoned Residential On-Site Community Manager.
The Manager should have the ability to work diligently and show good communication skills with employees and tenants in addition to showing units, leasing, and maintaining an acceptable level of professionalism.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Multi-task and supervise a full-time staff, show up to work daily on time as scheduled.
Process tenant applications for residency
Collection of rents, delivery of late notices, 3-Day Notices
Handle tenant concerns in a professional manner.
Handle the day to day operations of the building and be willing to go the extra step to if needed to complete the daily workload.
Have a full understanding in Fair Housing.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Computer skills and ability to learn all programs
Must have at least five years management experience in a 100 unit plus building to be considered
Leasing skills and high closing ratio in renting apartments
Organizational skills
Basic accounting/bookkeeping skills
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
