Looking to hire a part or full time Property Manager to help build a new company. Current properties are a 28 unit apt bldg and about 8 SFR
This is a start-up company with room to grow, $DOE + bonuses.
Previous experience with Appfolio and in property management would be a bonus as well as experience with leasing, customer service, property rehab and a great attitude.
Must pass a pre-employment background check.
