We are looking for an experienced part-time dialer to join our growing team of Financial Advisors in Bellevue, Washington! This position is fully remote and initially part-time, but can become a full-time (40 hrs/week) position within the first 90 days! This opportunity all depends on performance.

The compensation includes $20k-$25k annual salary based on experience. There is an opportunity for performance-based bonuses after 90 days of employment; which are paid out quarterly. The hours are flexible, but this position is results-based, not hourly, so you will be paid for 20 hours/week even if it takes you half the time, as is often the case with dialers on our team. The main goal of this position is to set 50 new-client interviews on each advisor's calendar per week. This position is fully remote for advisors at our Bellevue Office.

There is significant opportunity to increase hours based on quality of performance. For a dialer meeting or exceeding the 50 meeting/week metric, more hours may be made available. If no more hours are desired, then the position will stay at 20 hours per week.

Note: leads are provided via the lead-gen software we use. Not the dialer's responsibility to source leads, but the opportunity for bonuses based on employee-provided leads is always available.

Job Duties:

The responsibility of the part-time dialer is to provide make appointments with prospective clients in a sales capacity. including but not limited to:

Emailing the advisor's staff to troubleshoot

Initial prospective client communication

Calendar management

Input information into CRM

Specific responsibilities as a part-time dialer include but will not be limited to:

Make sales/scheduling calls to potential clients

Answer, screen and record telephone calls

Use of lead-generation software

Use of Outlook to schedule meetings, and to work with the Advisor's staff on entering leads into the system.

QUALIFICATIONS

Excellent interpersonal skills

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Ability to work effectively with people at all levels

Ability to be flexible and open-minded

Multi-line phone experience preferred

Customer service experience strongly preferred
