We are looking for an Associate Financial Advisor to join our growing team of Financial Advisors in Bellevue, Washington! This position is fully in-office and full-time. The first 30 days will be part-time probationary period, and will then flip to full-time.
The compensation includes $35k annual base salary plus 30% commission. Commission is paid on a decreasing schedule and base salary is paid on an increasing schedule over a 2 year period. The salary cap is $150k. Successful first-year associate advisors typically see 6-figure pay. There is an opportunity for performance-based bonuses after 90 days of employment; which are paid out quarterly. The hours are flexible, but this position is results-based, not hourly. The main goal of this position is to set 25 new-client interviews on each advisor's calendar per week. Responsibility to take meetings with clients and provide financial advice will increase over time as the associate advisor becomes licensed. The faster you get licensed, the faster you will get to take meetings. In the beginning, this position is largely new-client acquisition based and geared toward prospecting. This position is fully in-office for advisors at our Bellevue Office.
Lead generation is the responsibility of the associate advisor- this will involve prospecting at expos/events, warm lead generation and cold lead generation.
Job Duties:
The responsibility of the part-time dialer is to provide make appointments with prospective clients in a sales capacity. including but not limited to:
Emailing the advisor's staff to troubleshoot
Initial prospective client communication
Calendar management
Input information into CRM
Meeting shadowing
Studying for licensing exams- Series 6, 63 and Life & Health insurance producer's license.
Specific responsibilities as a part-time dialer include but will not be limited to:
Make sales/scheduling calls to potential clients
Answer, screen and record telephone calls
Use of lead-generation software
Use of Outlook to schedule meetings, and to work with the Advisor's staff on entering leads into the system.
