Job Summary:
The responsibilities of the Customer Service Administrator is to direct and coordinate the clients calls and ensuring their IT service requests are assigned to a technician quickly and efficiently. Work to improve customer relations and inactions with IT staff . Maintain office records, work orders, invoices and assist director with accounting paperwork as needed. Keep inventory of supplies and orders when necessary. This position is full time and is not eligible for flexible schedule or remote work.
