Responsibilities:
Drive assigned vehicle to and from job sites
Operate various power construction and maintenance equipment used in sewers and septic systems
Use appropriate equipment and tools to identify, assess, and repair problems.
Flush and empty septic tanks; perform other services required to maintain or repair tank and system
Clean sewers and related structures including manholes, culverts, and catch basins
Measure sites to be excavated and marks areas for digging
Clean and disinfect areas affected by sewer or septic stoppage
Supervise and train team on sewer and/or septic basics
Update maps and site drawings as modifications are made
Communicate with client about designated work and plans to proceed
Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements:
Must have a class A or B CDL with Tanker endorsement and medical card
Knowledge and understanding of sewage and septic systems and repair with certification(s)
Ability to safely and effectively operate all tools and equipment required for repair and maintenance
Ability to communicate with office/dispatch
Clean driving record
Ability to pass drug screen
Bonus
King County certified OSM or Master Installer
Bilingual Spanish/English
Excavator experience/certified a plus
