The Guest Experience Specialist often serves as the face of Signature while interacting with guests, crew members, and coworkers in a professional, friendly, and courteous manner. A Guest Experience Specialist’s primary responsibility is to consistently guarantee every guest has an exemplary experience by demonstrating reliability service and value for the service it offers guests. Certain functions may be performed in varying weather and environmental conditions such as precipitation, extreme temperatures, jet engine fumes, dust, and noise. This person in this position must be able to work flexible schedules, including night, holiday, and weekend shifts. Some tasks are performed inside and outside near stationary and moving aircraft (including spinning propellers and engines).

Position Summary
The Clinic Nurse Coordinator is responsible for the daily oversight and coordination of activities contributing to the assessment, implementation and delivery of patient care in the specialty clinic/program in accordance with physician instructions, MHS policies, and approved patient care standards and regulations. This position is responsible for both administrative and direct patient care services. The incumbent will work in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team, coordinate consultations, and provide training and education as applicable. Administrative and staffing decisions are made within established MHS policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
You will organize patient care by prioritizing, delegating, delivering, and evaluating on an ongoing bases
You will engage your critical thinking skills in making decisions regarding patient care, including knowledge and integration of relevant standards, resources, and data
You will utilize the knowledge base of nursing education and experience to deliver nursing care using the nursing process according to hospital policies, procedures, and protocols
Collaborate with the nursing team to facilitate overall improvement in quality of care, patient experience, and cost reduction
Requirements
Bachelor\'s degree in Nursing, or obtained within five (5) years from the initial date of hire; RN with 15+ years of service or internal candidates hired before January 1, 2021 may be considered in satisfaction of this requirement in lieu of an education agreement
Registered Nurse license in Washington State or Multistate License endorsement (MLS)
Current BLS Certification required
Certification in relevant clinical specialty desirable
Two (2) years general duty RN experience required

Position Summary
The Clinical Assistant Nurse Manager is an ideal opportunity for a candidate seeking to excel in skilled patient care. Responsible for assessing, planning, coordinating, evaluating, and delegating, the Unit Clinical Supervisor at MultiCare is responsible for high quality care across the unit.
Hospital-based leaders may have a dual matrixed reporting structure.
Responsibilities
You will direct care, provide education, seek resources at the unit/department level, and delegate appropriate tasks
You will apply your specialized knowledge towards the activities of administration, supervision, and evaluation of nursing practice
You will utilize critical thinking skills and independent decision-making regarding patient care and related data
Collaborate with patients, families, patient care teams and community/regulatory agencies to ensure safe, timely, efficient, effective patient-centered quality outcomes
Commit to achieving safe, reliable, and effective operational excellence
Requirements

Certification in specialty area required in one (1) year
Three (3) years of experience in acute care setting
