Job Description:Take the lead and impact how we close the deal at the center of where it all happens – our customers’ homes. It’s an opportunity to support our goal of introducing residential customers to our award-winning TV and Broadband in conjunction with our service installers. Using your wide range of knowledge, you’ll ensure that our teams are effective in selling state of the art technology and elevating the customer experience.As an Integrated Sales Support Specialist, you’ll provide administrative sales and support to our team that brings the AT&T white glove experience into customers’ homes. Your work will ensure they’re equipped to walk customers through AT&T's cutting-edge products, show them the benefit of our advanced services and ultimately close the deal. Coordinating schedules of team members
Handling the daily administration of compliance documentation
Supporting your manager with reporting tools and the distribution of team reports
Working with supply chain to manage inventory/support fleet management
Qualifications:
HS diploma or equivalent, required
0-2 years of relevant work experience, preferred
