Apply today!ResponsibilitiesThe Scheduling Specialist is responsible for managing patient referrals and visit schedules.Utilizes an automated scheduling system to maintain a calendar of services for both episodic and per visit customers.

Processes workflow for requested scheduled, missed, rescheduled, reassigned, declined, and delivered visits.

Monitors pending referrals daily and assigns licensed professional and case manager for all start of care visits.

Communicates daily with field staff regarding any visits unaddressed in late, pending, or incomplete status for resolution as appropriate.Education and ExperienceEducation RequirementsHigh school education or equivalentExperience RequirementsMinimum one year of scheduling experience in health care setting using an online scheduling system is preferred.

Skill RequirementsExceptional organizational, customer service, communication, and decision making skills required.Working knowledge of state and federal regulations governing OASIS visits, supervisory, and reassessment visitsCompany Overview

  • Description The Facilities Management unit of the Division of Facilities and Services is seeking applications for Building Maintenance Trades Specialists. Under the direction of the Operations Manager or Trades Specialist Lead, these positions will perform various tasks in general construction and building maintenance type work. By keeping our buildings and facilities operating at peak efficiency, the Building Maintenance Trades Specialist is vital to improving the on-campus experience of our Students, Faculty, and Staff members. Wellness programs What you\'ll do: Perform maintenance duties as related to carpentry, such as but not limited to, fabrication and repair of various casework and furniture; installation and repair of various floors and ceilings; installation and repair of various window coverings, doors, trim, locksets, and windows; installation of window AC units and ventilation fans. Install and repair drywall, insulation, trims and moldings. Fabricate, install, and maintain walls, concrete forms, ramps, scaffolding, all permanent or temporary shelters, wooden steps, work platforms, handrails, wheelchair ramps, barricades, ladders, shipping crates, pallets, etc. Perform electrical maintenance duties, including replacing light switches, ballasts, outlets, sockets and lamping.
