This will include duties such as performing all Employee Central transactions, onboarding and offboarding for all employees, contractors and interns. Processing new hires, terminations and employee personnel changes within in the EC system. Ensuring workflows are kept up to date for payroll cutoffs.Ensures all systems and programs are administered in accordance with company policies and guidelines. This position acts as a liaison between employees, HR staff and Payroll.Key Job Responsibilities

Process and complete HR Action Records for employee changes, new hires, terminations, etc.; Liaison with payroll, HRIS, HRIT, etc. on issue resolution

Create and maintain administrative requirements in SAP/SF HRIS system

Assist employees with questions about HR policies and procedures, benefits, payroll, etc.

Maintain general working knowledge of HR related laws and regulations

Own the process for contractors by educating and supporting managers on the contractor onboarding/offboarding process, creating new contractor requisitions in the Recruiting/HRIS system, ensuring completion of required employee contractor forms, data entry of new employees into SAP/SF HRIS system, coordinating employee orientation, completing employee offboarding process, etc.

Support the recruitment process for new employees by creating new job requisitions in the HRIS system, assisting with the coordination and scheduling of interviews, generating offer letters, coordinating new hire process – pre-employment checks, scheduling orientation, etc.

Oversee repayment agreement for current and former employees

Support HR Ops Analyst in headcount reporting.

Qualifications/Requirements+ + Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field

Working knowledge of HR related laws and regulations

Must be strong in MS Office suite – word, excel, PowerPoint, outlook; advance excel and power point skills highly preferred

Ability to communicate verbally and in writing with all levels of the organization

Ability to multi-task and independently complete projects and assignments

"Human Resources internship experience -or- 1-2 years of Human Resources experience

Previous experience working with HRIS systems required, SAP and/or SuccessFactors preferred

Experience preparing reports, presentations, charts, graphs, memos, etc.

Ability to collect and analyze data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.

Ability to define problems and suggest solution recommendation

Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times.

Strong attention to detail

Strong organizational skills
