Looking for a reliable, intelligent, and capable person to perform maintenance on rental properties, SATURDAY ONLY. From 8:00 - to 6:00. Must be able to pass background and random drug testing to work onsite at the rental community located near Elberta Al.
Looking for permanent long-term Saturday Worker.
Requirement:
Have decent-quality tools.
Own tools for carpentry, plumbing, light electrical, painting, and repair/renovation.
Reliable Transportation
Honest and punctual.
Capable of interacting with tenants.
Looking for someone with experienced skills, not a "hack" or " jack of all trades."
Someone who knows what they are doing and does what they say
Required skills:
Carpentry (door jambs, hang doors, window sills, window trim, subfloor, joist repairs, deck repairs)
Plumbing (repair and service, drain lines, sewer connections, supply lines, faucets, and plumbing fixtures repairing pex, pvc cpvc, without using push fittings), clear drain, and sewer lines).
Electrical: changing out fixtures and devices. Simple problem-solving and breaker terminations.
Vinyl siding: capable of repairing or installing areas of vinyl siding
Windows: can replace glass, lubricate, and service windows
Requirement: Must live within 20 minutes of Elberta (and provide driver's license to verify living address).
Must have a phone capable of sending and receiving pictures.
Paid Once a month via Direct Deposit. 1099 Position/no withholding
Required to send before and after pictures at the end of every day. (if you can't do this, you should not apply)
