This individual will be responsible for providing sales operations support for multiple specialist teams within the Biosciences (BID) organization.Responsibilities may include reporting, analytics, program tracking, performance dashboards, assisting with quota and territory planning, account-level business reviews, and other sales ops-related functions as needed. This individual is expected to work cross-functionally with multiple teams in the Commercial organization including Marketing, Finance, Pricing, Compensation, IT/CRM, etc. The Ideal candidate will translate data into actionable insights for commercial stakeholders in a concise and results-oriented manner.What will you do?

Responsibilities primarily focused in the following areas:

BID Commercial support (TSS teams)

Short- and long-term Project support as assigned

Provide standard and ad hoc revenue and performance reporting/analytics, business reviews, etc

Collaborate with Senior Sales Ops Leader, Sales VPs, and BID account owners to identify and drive selling opportunities at specific accounts/territories

Bring an innovative, entrepreneurial spirit to designing new analytics/tools that drive insight and productivity

Prepare executive-level quarterly and monthly business reviews and present to internal and external customers

Support the Compensation team and Sales Ops Leader with territory management, quota setting, and commission plans

Drive training and use of available Sales Ops tools to help the sales teams better manage/grow their business

Maximize selling results and overall productivity within the sales organization through behavioral change

Drive internal improvements and efficiencies within the Sales Operations team

How will you get here?

Bachelor's degree, preferably in a discipline requiring extensive analytical skills

Experience in Life Sciences preferred

3+ years experience in an analytical function

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

Advanced Excel knowledge required

Experience with data systems ex. Cognos, SQL, Access, Power BI, etc.

Salesforce experience preferred

PowerPoint knowledge preferred

Strategic thinker and problem solver

Ability to work cross-functionally and partner with related business functions

Strong communication skills

Strong time management skills

Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task effectively

Must be able to understand and analyze data, synthesizing large volumes of data into meaningful and concise reports and actionable findings

Must be able to work independently and rapidly shift priorities in a fast-paced environment
