Description Job Description:We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our condominium association located in Culver City. This position will be based in our small two-person office and requires a versatile individual with clerical and light accounting skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in accounts payable and be comfortable working in a small office environment.Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the condominium association management.

Perform clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents.

Assist with accounts payable tasks including invoice processing and vendor management.

Maintain accurate records and documentation.

Respond to inquiries from residents and vendors in a professional manner.

Assist with light accounting tasks such as reconciling statements and preparing financial reports.

Coordinate office activities and ensure office supplies are adequately stocked.

Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings as needed.

Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Proven experience in administrative support roles, preferably in a small office setting.

Strong clerical skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Basic understanding of accounting principles and experience with accounts payable processes.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Reliable and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Knowledge of condominium association operations is a plus.

This is an onsite position with regular business hours. Property Management experience preferred

Comprehensive knowledge of navigating basic office equipment and protocols

Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal, written, and listening)

At least 1 year of Administrative Assistant experience preferred

Familiarity with using the internet for research tasks
