The ideal candidate will establish strong relationships with partners, understand their goals and objectives, and help navigate conflicts and competing priorities with diplomacy and data-driven insights. Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities - Lead the planning, management, and execution of regulatory projects of varying size and scope. - Prepare change impact assessments to understand required actions across functions. - Collaborate with stakeholders to drive the development of project plans, business requirements, solution design, testing, cutover, training, and communications. - Assess current processes for improvement opportunities and transform broad concepts and business strategies into structured projects. - Meet or exceed project milestones (on time, within budget, and scope) through effective resource allocation, issue identification, and risk management. - Ensure project activities are well communicated prior to the start, during, and after the project completes. - Identify, automate, track, and report on project and program metrics for continuous analysis and improvement. - Present regularly to leadership on status of Regulatory Program initiatives; escalate, explain, and offer solutions when risks/issues are present. - Partner with teams across Apple to drive critical regulatory activities, fostering collaboration across varying priorities and business interests.Minimum Qualifications
10+ years of experience running global multiple end-end complex technical and non-technical projects and cross-functional initiatives.
At least 3+ years of direct experience working on regulatory and compliance-focused projects.
Ability to guide and influence cross-functional teams, managing stakeholder expectations and fostering team collaboration.
BS/BA degree required.

Experience with Keynote, Pages, Numbers, and other P tools preferred; familiarity with project management software like Wrike or Omniplan is a plus.
MBA or an advanced degree, PMP certification.

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role.
