Your opportunity: Production Manager Job Summary: The Production Manager oversees all production operations, scheduling, policies procedures and promotes the company’s safety culture. They provide leadership to the productions staff and makes business decisions to ensure that the production matrix is met daily. Specific Job Duties:
Lead all safety related activities, monthly safety topics, monthly safety eLearning and ensure timely completion.
Address, and report to the Site Manager, any witnessed or reported unsafe act or action by fellow associates, customers and/or vendors.
Manages and responsible for all production goals and matrix.
Responsible for ensuring the company’s operating system is in place and being used daily.
Has a direct relationship with the Customer Service Manager to ensure that the quality and quantity of products meet demand for resale.
Work with vendors to ensure timely pick up of material.
Mentor and lead production staff members to promote into advanced positions.
Review equipment maintenance checklist and verify proper application and use.
Ensure that scheduling of production staff is not exceeding the planned labor budget.
Work with the Site Manager to ensure storm water and environmental compliance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years in a supervisory or comparable leadership role
Automotive and production experience preferred
Bilingual Spanish/English Preferred
Professional written and verbal communication skills
Background check required
Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
Pay:
Annual Salary between $55-$70K depending on experience. You will be provided with Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance, life insurance at no cost to you, paid vacation and sick leave.
