Description Robert Half has an excellent Accounts Payable Specialist opening with our client in Hayward. This is temp to hire role which can begin right away. Details Include: Performs accounting coding for expenses. Responsible for validating and reviewing various types of invoices/disbursements. Investigates accounts payable issues, including researching and resolving discrepancies, system issues, taxes, payments, and credit memos. Ensures that systems, policies, and procedures adhere to company policies while functioning with accuracy and timeliness. Assists with monthly-end closing. Assists with ad hoc special projects.Requirements
Full Cycle Accounts Payable experience
Experience with journal entries and accruals
Excellent MS Excel skills
