Description Hayward affordable housing client is looking for an onsite temporary Occupancy Specialist. This position requires affordable housing and TCAC experience. Must know how to process a file from beginning to end. From interviewing the prospective tenant, gathering all necessary documents, auditing application to ensure all documents are provided and if documents are missing, must know how to obtain missing items.Package all documentation for application and process all calculations for income verification.HUD, TCAC, Affordable Housing, Yardi, Lease UpRequirements
Demonstrated knowledge in real estate, financial and/or contract preferred
Strong interpersonal skills and computer competencies are necessary
Demonstrated experience in customer service, problem-solving, complaint resolution, and negotiation
