Busy construction office seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to support daily operations. Must be detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Answer and route incoming calls professionally
Update job cost spreadsheets and project logs
Confirm and coordinate calendars with staff, clients, and vendors
Assist with new vendor setup and documentation
Prepare, file, and organize job paperwork
Support project managers and field staff as needed
Perform other duties as assigned to support workflow

Requirements:
Prior office or administrative experience (construction preferred)
