Join a dynamic team within Edwards’ Critical Care division, collaborating with field sales to generate business and provide guidance to customers on the use of hemodynamic monitoring devices.Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive guidance (e.g., capital platform) to customers on the use of complex devices and/or products resulting in achievement of sales objectives. Recommend new programs and internal process improvement; Lead sales projects and initiatives (e.g., obsolescence) Recommend, analyze, and propose complex pricing on new and existing products, including trade offers and equipment placement options by utilizing account history and situational/sales data to drive sales. Collaborate with Sales Management team to evaluate the status of approvals and budget availability to develop complex proposals for customers, including exceptions that deviate from established procedures Generate cold calls to select customers for product lines (e.g., service contracts)Basic Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in related field 3+ years experience within medical device sales and/or related technical field Experience in selling, promoting and/or presenting (in written and oral form) medical productsPreferred Requirements: Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills with the ability to learn complex products through independent learning Good computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Experience in a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system; Salesforce.com preferred Good written and verbal communication skills including negotiating and relationship management skills Substantial knowledge and understanding of relevant medical products Substantial knowledge and understanding of complex computer systems, review target accounts, customize offers, cultivate leads, order/sample product and document activities.
