DescriptionRBKS is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to join their accounting and integration team. This is a high-visibility, strategic role responsible for supporting new product launches and expansion efforts.This role requires a self-motivated, analytically-minded leader with strong oral and written communication skills. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, global environment and has a passion for delivering world-class financial solutions. This role will work closely with the accounting operations teams, tax, treasury, and others and represent the accounting organization to various stakeholders. This role will support highly impactful, cross functional, multi-year projects that have high visibility with leadership in the Finance and Operations organizations.Key job responsibilities Own and manage full project lifecycles - from planning to requirements gathering to UAT to project close-out Lead automation initiatives to streamline financial processes and improve accuracy Support the continuous integration of the RBKS business by ensuring controlled, materially correct financial processes Partner cross-functionally as a valued consultant to stakeholders across the organization Make empowered, impactful decisions to drive project completionSuccessful candidates will have deep experience in the following three disciplines – Accounting, Program Management and Financial Systems.About the teamWhy Amazon? 5+ years of program or project management experience

Bachelor's degree

Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree in finance, accounting or related field

Experience working cross functionally with non-tech teams

Background in E-Commerce preferred, experience with Shopify and/or Stripe a plus

The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market.
