Managing Senior Advisors, Advisors & Senior Specialists in Electrification program controls including program spend forecasting, budgets and tracking
Responsible for monthly corporate goal reporting, including variance narratives
Responsible for Non-PO payment approvals for SCE’s balancing account and Cap-and-Trade funded TE programs
Responsible for eMobility compliance requirements, through collaboration with the customer service quality assurance and ethics & compliance teams
Supporting the team in the timely and accurate resolution of issues related to work orders, program spend allocation, and accurate accounting
Proactively identifying reporting issues and coordinating with Operational Finance, Plant Accounting, Field Accounting and Transmission & Distribution organizations to drive resolution or improve current processes
Leading the development of long-term portfolio operating plans that support corporate objectives and the department’s long-term success
Collaborating on regulatory filings, GRC workpapers, testimony, and witness support
QualificationsThe essentials
Five (5) or more years’ experience managing, supervising or leading an organizational unit or cross-functional project teams
Five (5) or more years’ experience with quantitative and/or financial and regulatory accounting, budgeting, and reporting
Experience with successful oversight of financial reporting in a regulated environment
The preferred
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Economics, Finance, or other quantitative field
Professional experience developing long-term portfolio operating/business plans that support corporate objectives
Five (5) or more years’ experience with SAP or similar enterprise wise system
Experience successfully overseeing regulatory compliance activities
Experience with Transportation Electrification programs/projects
Working knowledge of Transmission & Distribution capital infrastructure construction process and capital expenditure costs spend activities
Experience with Transportation Electrification regulatory policy
Experience with General Rate Case regulatory processes

This position’s work mode is hybrid. The employee will report to an SCE facility for a set number of days with the option to work remotely on the remaining days. Unless otherwise noted, employees are required to reside in the state of California. Further details of this work mode will be discussed at the interview stage.
