Job title: Tax Specialist
Seeking a tax specialist to complete personal taxes in Pasadena, CA. Project to begin August 29th or August 30th. Please advise, this project will include light investigating of applicable items to be included within the tax report.
Preferred Experience & Requirements:
+ Available to start project as soon as possible (Beginning of September).
+ Knowledge of payables, budgeting and accounting best practices.
+ Experience with financial transaction reporting.
+ Understanding of tax obligations and reporting requirements for payables.
+ Strong quantitative and analytical ability.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
+ Experience in accounting, finance or related field.
+ We prefer someone experienced with payable & receivable, general ledger and payroll experience in a personal/corporate environment.
+ Timely Work Flow/ Has Good Self-Assessment of Project Timelines.
Project Details:
Complete personal taxes for owner/CEO of a small business. Expectation is to review docs, consult the owner and fill out necessary tax forms for submission. Casual and friendly working environment. Position is to be on-site only to complete the project listed above.
