Description A growing non-profit organization is a compensation analyst to join their team! The Compensation Analyst is tasked with applying the company's staff compensation strategy, principles, and procedures. This role assumes responsibility for giving advice, insights, and assessments to the organization's stakeholders and management on all subjects pertaining to staff remuneration. This position is fully REMOTE and is a contract position. Duties:

Overseeing and operating compensation databases and instruments.

Applying compensation strategies and engaging in activities associated with these strategies

Working alongside the Staffing & Recruitment team and recruitment groups on compensation-related tasks such as proposals for new hires, promotions, and more

Collaborating with department heads and other organizational management to validate that PATH's compensation function is competitive, fair, and aligns with its goals

Reviewing roles and designing and updating job descriptions and structuring of roles.

Construct and manage job descriptions for each role in the organization; validating that descriptions truly represent the tasks being performed by incumbents

Undertake job assessments and submit salary suggestions to ensure internal fairness and market uniformity of total compensation, while providing written endorsements

Aid the annual compensation review planning progression, incorporating merit, bonus, and equity schemes

Conduct checks for data agreement and system coordination

Analyze research on industry standards to determine if plans enact compensation rules

Keep up-to-date with market trends and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal rules pertaining to compensation

Requirements

A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field or a substitute combination of education and experience.

A minimum of two (2) years' experience in job proofing, creation, execution and administration of compensation schemes
