Description We are offering a long-term contract opportunity for an Intake Coordinator for a busy Legal nonprofit based in Los Angeles, California. This Intake coordinate will have demonstrated proficiency in managing high volume intake or customer service roles, answering phones, gathering client information and inputting data into electronic records. This role will focus on protecting generational wealth for homeowners seeking low cost and free legal representation. Responsibilities: Accurately and efficiently process complete client intake utilizing a guided script Use case management software to maintain accurate records and track customer interactions Communicate effectively with clients, gathering necessary information for the home ownership loss and housing preservation process Provide administrative support as needed, demonstrating strong attention to detail Monitor customer accounts and initiate follow-up action for attorneys as required Maintain a high level of detail in data entry tasks, ensuring all client information is accurate and up-to-date Resolve customer inquiries, providing high-quality client relationsRequirements 2+ of years' experience in in fast-paced environments as an administrative support professionalHigh proficiency with basic computer softwarePrior legal experience preferred Bilingual Spanish is a plusRobert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
