8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Position Purpose:Provide professional receptionist and secretarial support to the organization. Operate switchboard and greet all visitors, coordinate express mail/UPS pick-ups and deliveries, and provide secretarial/clerical support as necessary. Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and perform any duty assigned to best serve the company.The Ideal candidate should possess the following:

Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

Professionally greets all guests and visitors on the telephone and in person. May request visitors to sign in and issues visitors pass/badge.

Effectively disperses information as it is received at the reception desk.

May use computer to search employee information and direct calls to appropriate department / person.

Assists with filing and mail processing.

Assists other departments as needed.

Performs other related duties as assigned.
