The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, managing, and implementing traffic engineering solutions that enhance safety, efficiency, and sustainability.Responsibilities:Lead and manage traffic engineering projects from conception to completion.Develop and review traffic impact studies, traffic signal designs, and roadway safety audits.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including planners, designers, and construction managers.Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and standards.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.Prepare and present project proposals, reports, and findings to clients and stakeholders.Conduct field investigations and data collection to support project development.Utilize traffic simulation software and other engineering tools to analyze and solve complex traffic issues.
