Knowing spanish is much preferred to communicate with cleaners
Must be resourceful to be able to handle upcoming issues
Responsibilities
1. Guest communication:
Responding to guest inquiries, managing booking requests, providing support before, during and after stays.
2.coordination with cleaners:
Schedule and confirm cleaning services between guest stays, ensuring properties are clean and well maintained.
3.issue resolution:
Handle guest complaints, coordinate with maintenance teams for urgent repairs, and provide solutions to any issues than arise.
4.maintain a response rate of under 1 hour
