Job Description:
Cloud Comfort Plumbing Heating & Air is looking for a motivated and personable Appointment Setter to join our team. This role involves reaching out to our current customers to book them for service appointments and sell tune-up services. You will also be responsible for follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and continuous engagement.
Responsibilities:
Contact current customers to schedule service appointments.
Sell tune-up services to existing customers.
Conduct follow-up calls to confirm appointments and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and appointments.
Collaborate with the sales and service teams to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service.
Ability to build rapport with customers quickly.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Basic computer skills for data entry and scheduling.
Familiarity with plumbing and HVAC services is a plus but not required.
