Position Overview:

As a Customer Care Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive friendly and efficient service. Your role is essential in creating positive experiences for our customers by addressing their needs and coordinating service appointments. This position is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others, even if you don't have a technical background in HVAC or plumbing.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with Customers: Answer calls and emails, providing courteous and helpful responses to inquiries about our HVAC and plumbing services.

Schedule Appointments: Assist clients in scheduling service appointments, ensuring our technicians are dispatched promptly and efficiently.

Provide Support: Address customer questions and concerns, offering solutions or directing them to the appropriate team member when needed.

Maintain Records: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and service appointments in our CRM system.

Collaborate with Team: Work closely with technicians and office staff to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required.

Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.

Friendly and Approachable: A positive attitude and the ability to create a welcoming environment for our clients.

Organized and Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.

Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using computer systems and CRM software (experience with ServiceTitan is a plus but not necessary).

Work Schedule:

Full-Time Position: Monday through Friday schedule with on-site work only, offering a stable and consistent routine.
