Jalilvand Law Corporation (JLC) has an immediate opening for an Experienced Personal Injury Case Manager to join our boutique 5 Star firm in Beverly Hills, CA. The candidate must have recent experience working in a "Personal Injury Law Firm" (2 years minimum required) and be available to work onsite at our Beverly Hills office. Ideal candidates have excellent writing and oral communication skills, are proficient with business software experience, (MS Office, Adobe, etc.), are TEAM PLAYERS, and are willing to take initiative with regard to deadlines and managing tasks. Fluent oral and written communication in Spanish is a priority qualification for the position.

Your responsibilities may include:
Investigating the facts of the case
Drafting correspondence and legal documents
Obtaining and updating medical records
Calling clients, witnesses, attorneys, etc. to scheduling interviews, meetings, and depositions
Organizing and maintaining documents in electronic file systems
Gather and arrange evidence and other legal documents for attorney’s review
Prepare, file and serve legal documents
