I own and run a mortgage firm in downtown Los Angeles. We have begun a new phase which will require more of my time and concentration. I am looking for 1 or 2 assistants to assist with various duties from processing my firm’s mortgage loans to clerical and personal help with day-to-day responsibilities. I also have available boarding at my penthouse DTLA. If required part of the pay will include all your room and board costs to live here and possibly covering other of your personal expenses.
Alternatively, I hope to find someone who lives close to DTLA.
Preferably I would want someone interested in learning all there is to know about what I do - which is close mortgage loans. I will train this person and cover all expenses related to obtaining a broker’s license. Once fully licensed the loans closed will be split appropriately with my new protege. Profits from our business range from $30K - $100K per month.
I would love to find someone who already has their real estate license preferably. (But not required) If you don’t have your license we will help the right person, get their real estate / broker’s license and NMLS license. Once you are fully licensed, we will be originating and processing mortgage loans together. We want someone who is flexible, willing to learn a lot, type fast, pays attention to detail, articulate, some college a plus, hardworking, not just looking for a check but would like to grow with us and share profit that we all earn together. If you are currently working that could possibly work at first as you learn our specific way of closing loans, however if we all love each other we would eventually like someone who is all-in. We hope to find someone who doesn’t have too many things holding them down. If you apply, please be ready to meet us. A LITTLE ABOUT US
Harold is an accomplished mortgage loan specialist expert. He graduated from ASU with honors and has been working and building in the mortgage and Real Estate sector for the last 19 years. He is a father of 4 beautiful adults. 48 years of age and met 37-year-old Jasmine in 2019. She was hired as an executive assistant but is now a fellow broker and CEO. She and I have high ambitions to build a monthly revenue of $100K or more.

Your pay will be commensurate with your experience and value you bring. As we make $80-100K per month together we will appropriately split this up based upon a pre- disclosed structure. This will be determined immediately once hired. If you are looking for an intern scenario, we’d be open to that. However, we would not be interested if you’re looking for temporary – we are looking for someone to permanently work and make a career and life with us.
