Roles and Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to existing and potential customers
Answer phone calls, emails, text & WhatsApp messages
General administrative and clerical support
Perform data entry on new orders and items into company ERP system
Maintain mailing list and email new items to customers and perform cold calls to potential customers
Maintain bookkeeping records on Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivables
Create invoices
Quality control and inspect product prior to shipment
Prepare shipments & ship orders to customers
Run errands, prepare coffee, & perform other tasks as requested
Qualifications:
Exceptional Customer Service skills
Must have knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook
Ability to work in fast paced environment
Positive attitude & willingness to learn
Familiarity with MailChip is preferred
Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
This is a full-time position: hours are from Monday-Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm
We're located in Downtown Los Angeles near the Pershing Square Station, multiple bus stops in all directions, which makes commuting here convenient and easy.
