A property manager is needed to manager a building in the North Hills area. This is a great opportunity to come in to learn the business. If you have previous property manager experience and looking to learn and grow, this is the position for you. The building is roughly 50 units, parking onsite. Rent Collection
Generating/Posting notices
Reviewing/Scheduling Work Orders
Advertising/Marketing/Leasing Vacant Units
Must live at one of the properties being managed
Other duties assigned by management

Working as an onsite property manager, minimum of 1 year
Managing 30+ units preferred
Have used MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Experience with Yardi or another property management software is a plus
GED or HS Diploma
MUST- Valid Driver's license
MUST- Reliable vehicle
Bilingual in Spanish a preferred
Must already live in the Los Angeles/San Fernando Valley area
Schedule/Salary/Benefits
Monday-Friday- 8:00a-5:00p
Available after hours and weekends for emergencies
Cannot be combined with any other work
$2950-3250/month gross salary (DOE) w/ rent deduction.
