Job Opportunity: Head Maintenance Technician
Are you an experienced maintenance professional looking for a leadership role? We are seeking a Head Maintenance Technician to join our team at a competitive rate.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a crew of approximately five technicians
- Oversee and perform maintenance tasks, including:
- Plumbing
- Electrical work
- Painting
- Flooring
- Tile installation
- Drywall installation
- HVAC systems
- Utilize AppFolio for maintenance management and record-keeping
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in maintenance work (plumbing, electrical, painting, flooring, tile installation, drywall installation, HVAC)
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Proficiency in AppFolio or similar property management software
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Contractor's license not necessary but preferred
Compensation:
- Competitive pay, commensurate with experience at $40 per hour
