Compensation:
2 bedroom, 2 bath accommodation
Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations of the property
Handle tenant relations and leasing inquiries
Ensure property maintenance and upkeep
Manage financial aspects including rent collection and budgeting
Enforce property rules and regulations
Requirements:
Previous property management experience preferred but not required
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations
Light maintenance experience a plus
