We are a professional property management company specializing in full-service multifamily management in the Greater Los Angeles area, is looking to hire a motivated, detail-oriented On-Site Resident Manager in a brand new constructed building with a minimum of two years’ experience to work in Los Angeles, CA (90003).

Responsibilities Include:
Looking for applicant with strong leasing background
Oversee maintenance and repair issues
Conduct thorough home and property inspections for move-in and move-outs.
Properly post notices, take photographs, as needed
Monitor unit turnovers.
Meet with government agencies to conduct inspections / walk-throughs and investigate complaints.
Oversee vendors to ensure quality control.
Perform additional field work as necessary.
Skills Include:
AppFolio Proficient
Proven experience as on-site resident manager
Very strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple job functions
Excellent ability to accurately report, follow-up, and evaluate
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary preferably with past property management company will be a plus
Strong background in customer service, the ability to think on the spot/problem solve, and deal with high-stress situations
Excellent computer skills; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, ADP, and AppFolio database software. Ability to quickly learn new procedures & software
