Responsibilities:
Tenant Relations: Including responding to tenants’ concerns and requests.
Leasing: Including showing units, processing applications, and executing leases.
Maintenance Coordination: Schedule and oversee maintenance and repairs.
Rent Collection: Collect monthly rent and handle any delinquencies or payment issues.
Inspections: Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
Marketing: Knowledge of Zillow and other online tools to attract new tenants preferred.
Requirements:
At least 5 years experience as an apartment manager.
Strong knowledge of property management principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Knowledge of AppFolio preferred.
