Job Duties/Responsibilities:
-Managing field techs
-Estimating projects
-Cost analysis
-Point of contact for field techs
-Reports directly to operations manager
-Will start as part time 20 hrs./week & will develop into full time position for the correct fit
-Ability to manage multiple projects at one time
-The project manager will represent the company when dealing with existing clients
-Responsible for establishing new clients
-Must be able to work effectively both on independent projects and within the field team, office
staff, subcontractors, and client representatives
-Responsible for maintaining organized and updated job files
-Oversee day-to day management of projects
-Oversee all subcontractor's workmanship and ensure that their scope of work is accurate and
complete
-Create and review bids, ensuring competitive pricing and quality standard
-Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to address issues and
resolve conflicts.
Mileage reimbursement available
Requirements:
Strong independent field skills
5+ years industry related experience
Must be bilingual Spanish/English
Clean driving record
