Established Local Company in Salinas, CA, looking for:
OFFICE ASSISTANT
We are currently looking for PART-TIME office assistance with the potential to become a FULL-TIME job.
Qualifications
Bilingual: Communicate well in English and Spanish
High School graduate or GED certificate
Computer skills: Word, excel, and email
Office experience a plus but not necessary
Job Responsibilities:
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- File and organize all of the moving contracts, invoices, and quotes.
- Answer incoming/outgoing calls
- Write office correspondence and emails.
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, scanning
- Maintaining organization of office and job files
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish (i.e. verbal and written) with the ability to present information in a variety of
different formats
- High attention to detail and organization, and the ability to follow through on assignments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and proactively seek guidance where appropriate
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to deal with sensitive information and preserve its confidentiality
Work schedule:
Monday – Friday: 10:00 am -5:00 pm
Pay rate:
Pay: $20-$22/Hour and is based on skills/experience.
