Electrical Contractor searching for motivated and detail-oriented individual to assist in administrative duties, including but not limited to:
Google Suite (E-mail, Calendar, Drive)
QuickBooks Online
Filing Paperwork
Online applications for permits/licenses
Office supply upkeep
Previous office admin experience preferred, knowledge of electrical/construction is plus but not required, willing to train the right person.
Flexible part-time hours during regular business hours, looking for around 20 hours per week.
