Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

3 years of experience in a consulting firm.

Preferred qualifications:

3 years of experience at a management consulting firm with an excellent performance trajectory through exceptional impact, performance ratings, or promotions.

Experience in strategy or in a business operations environment.

Experience in technology, media, telecom companies, or education in STEM.

Experience working on complex operational and strategic initiatives.

Excellent leadership, communication and collaboration skills.

Excellent problem-solving, modeling and presentation skills.

The Business Operations and Strategy team drives strategic, operational, and organizational improvements across the company.As an Associate in Business Operations and Strategy, you will work with a small team on projects commissioned by Google's executive team, managing work-streams.In this role, you will immerse in data collection, draw insight from analysis, and develop synthesized recommendations. You will also communicate the recommendations to executives, help drive implementation, and check back-in to see the impact of recommendations.The US base salary range for this full-time position is $108,000-$158,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Structure complex and ambiguous business issues for Google's executive team.

Gather and analyze large amounts of information quickly and solve problems effectively.

Develop insightful recommendations.

Build consensus among cross-functional teams and influence decision-making within leadership audiences.

Work closely with product managers, leadership, and functions to operationalize recommendations.
