We’re looking for someone who is curious, who takes great pride in their work, who always asks “how can we improve,” and who thrives on winning together.This role is hybrid with on-site expectations of 2-3 days per week.What you'll bring

4+ years of paralegal experience and/or program management at a law firm or in-house with expertise in securities law and corporate governance practices; experience in other areas of corporate law a plus.

Well-developed project management skills, including preparing project plans and key milestones and managing them.

A learner and innovator who’s never afraid to try something new, experiment and has a bias for action.

Strong working knowledge of GSuite (word, slides, drive), Microsoft (word, excel, powerpoint, outlook), Adobe Acrobat, and Section 16 reporting tools Experience in Nasdaq Boardvantage is a plus.

Close attention to detail.

Strong organizational skills; ability to manage a significant workload for multiple internal stakeholders with competing deadlines.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, including being able to effectively communicate with executives and create easy-to-understand processes.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong personal ethical code and integrity and deep respect for privacy and confidentiality.

How you will lead

Supporting Intuit’s securities compliance program, which will include SEC filings, board governance, insider trading compliance, engagement with executives, and partnership with outside law firms, auditors and other advisors.

Identifying and creating efficiencies within the securities compliance program through the use of technology, including building scalable and automated processes.

Work collaboratively with the Legal team to prepare materials for Board and Committee meetings.

Assisting with proxy statements, registration statements, Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K and other SEC and regulatory filings, and D&O questionnaires.

Manage Section 16 and other insider trading processes, NASDAQ notifications, and conflict mineral reports.

Assist with document production for SOX compliance, internal audits, and special projects.
