This high-performing team focuses on Tech strategic planning, Tech executive/strategic narratives, the Tech operating rhythm, and workforce programs that elevate the Tech Ecosystem as a high-performing organization.We are looking for a strategic and organized problem solver with a passion for innovation and data-driven optimization. You will be part of a small team working alongside senior leaders to define and drive strategic planning processes. In particular, you will focus on identifying the approach to move the Tech Ecosystem toward more continuous planning, including determining how we will address new and changing priorities throughout the year in a coordinated and aligned way, and then operationalizing the approach.What you'll bringFocus Strategically

Experience with understanding the external environment, company strategy, best practices, and program outcomes to identify innovative solutions and drive focus

Ability to generate innovative insights, ideas, and opportunities that help advance the business

Experience in using structured approaches to simplify complex problems and develop data-backed solutions, combining creativity with a keen business sense

Defining and/or leading strategic programs that are often nascent and/or ambiguous

Deliver Programs

Excellent program- and process-management skills, including the ability to apply the right plans and methodologies for the problem at hand

Ability to navigate between the big picture and execution details simultaneously

Experience with delivering measurable outcomes and driving velocity

Track record of taking extreme ownership in driving to decisions and outcomes

Lead Change

Experience with leading significant change at scale across a large organization, including acting as a catalyst to accelerate outcomes

Ability to develop a clear point-of-view and influence executives persuasively, including helping executives think differently

Ability to build strong, trusted relationships across a team to achieve a shared goal

Experience with applying a structured change leadership methodology

Demonstrated strong communications (written/verbal), presentation, and facilitation skills

Experience with defining, transforming, and driving processes across a large organization that are scalable and enable acceleration

Ability to scale through others

Demonstrate Domain Expertise

Demonstrated success in quickly absorbing knowledge in different domains in order to become an expert in new areas

Ability to think broadly but also go deeply when appropriate

Experience with developing and executing a strategic-planning process for a large technology organization

Ten or more years in planning, business operations, program management, strategy, or consulting, ideally in the technology domain

A broad understanding of technology and software development, either through a bachelor’s degree in management information systems, computer science, engineering, or related fields, or through equivalent practical experience

How you will leadPartner with key stakeholders across the Technology ecosystem to define how we move toward continuous planning, gain alignment with Technology executives on the approach, and operationalize the approach. The approach includes how we will:

Build upon the current year’s 3&1-year plan and inform the next year’s 3&1-year plan

Drive ongoing agility and flexibility throughout the year, so we can accommodate changes

Identify new and changing priorities that have broad impact across the Technology Ecosystem

Address the complexity of interrelated dependencies across the platform

Shift resources within the year to accommodate changes

Define decision spaces and forums, escalate decisions for success, and communicate decisions

Drive process innovation so that the Tech Ecosystem can deliver with velocity for our customers
